How to use the NS8 dashboard.
Our dashboard is your homepage. It gives you an overview of your storefront and lets you go to the various pages and menus in NS8.
The dashboard is divided into eight sections that contain information about your storefront, site traffic, and order risk. To expand each section, select the magnifying glass icon.
Provides the current status of your store’s performance and reputation monitors. If all five monitors are reporting as intended, you’ll see a success indicator. If there are problems with any monitors, you’ll see how many checks have failed.
Provides the average score of all the visitors to your site in the last 24 hours. A high score indicates high-quality traffic. A low score indicates fraud. Sudden changes to this score can help you predict positive and negative visitor trends.
Shows the number and percentage of suspicious sessions in the last 24 hours. A suspicious session is any visitor session that falls below your designated score threshold.
Shows the number of suspicious orders placed on your site in the last 24 hours. If a suspicious order is approved or canceled, it will not count toward this total.
Lowest Quality Campaigns
Shows the advertising campaigns that brought in the lowest-quality traffic in the last 24 hours. The average score of its referred users determines the quality of a campaign. For more information about a campaign’s issues, select its name.
Latest Suspicious Orders
Shows the most recent suspicious orders placed on your site in the last 24 hours. It also shows the price and score of each order. After a suspicious order is approved or canceled, it won't appear here.
For more information about an order, select its order number. To cancel an order, select Cancel Order. For more options, including verifying or approving an order, select the ellipses (...).
Provides a graph of suspicious sessions in the last 24 hours. A suspicious session is any visitor session that falls below your designated score threshold. For more information about risk factors for a specific time frame, hover over a point on the graph.
Shows your estimated savings from retargeting fraud prevention in the last 30 days. Excluding suspicious users from your retargeting campaigns prevents you from wasting money on fraudulent traffic. Your projected savings are based on the number of users that you have excluded from future advertising campaigns.
